Northwind Analytics Dashboard

Rebuilt the customer-facing analytics dashboard, cutting load times by 70% and unblocking three enterprise deals.

Northwind's old dashboard couldn't keep up with their largest customers' data volumes. I rewrote the front-end in Next.js with streaming server components, moved heavy aggregations into a materialized Postgres view, and added per-tenant caching. The result: sub-second loads at 100x previous data sizes.

Atlas Onboarding Flow

Designed and shipped a new KYC/onboarding flow that lifted activation by 38%.

Worked with the founder and a designer to redesign Atlas's onboarding from a 9-step wizard into a progressive flow with smart defaults. Integrated with Persona for identity verification and Stripe for payouts. Shipped in 5 weeks.

Built an internal operations console that replaced 6 spreadsheets and saved the ops team ~15 hours/week.

A custom internal tool for Harbor's operations team: shipment tracking, exception handling, and a rules engine for routing decisions. Built on Next.js + tRPC + Postgres, with role-based access and audit logging from day one.
